Ways to Experience the Program
The Positive Mental Health Program can be experienced in two ways.

One-on-One Coaching
Personalised coaching sessions to help individuals strengthen mental health, build clarity and develop practical mental health strategies for work and life. The ten sessions are delivered online or in person.

Team and Workplace Program
A proactive program for teams delivered over ten sessions. Designed to build shared language, practical skills and a stronger culture of wellbeing within teams. Sessions can be delivered online or in person.
ABOUT JODIE COOPER
Jodie Cooper is a positive mental health coach and educator with a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and over 20 years’ experience helping individuals and teams strengthen their mental health.
Through coaching programs, workshops and presentations, she gives people the tools to think clearly, manage challenges effectively and move forward with greater confidence and purpose. Her work is evidence-based and her approach is always practical and engaging.
Outside her work, Jodie loves hiking, learning and keeping fit. Prioritising her own wellbeing helps her stay grounded and energised.
Jodie works with professionals who want to strengthen wellbeing, build resilience and reach their potential in work and life. She believes strong mental health is one of the most important skills people can develop and the key to creating positive change across workplaces, families and communities.
