“I received a real transformational one to one positive psychology coaching from Jodie. I studied positive psychology and coaching before but getting coaching from Jodie was much more effective. I would highly recommend Jodie for someone who wants to transform or improve their life, career, business, relationships etc. Jodie has deep understanding of positive psychology and can help you through coaching. Thank you Jodie for a great coaching experience.”

Positive Psychology Coaching Feedback

Neil Bhattarai, Life Coach
“I’ve enjoyed working with Jodie over the last four months whilst I’ve been working through some challenging work/life changes. Jodie has challenged my processed and thoughts with questions and suggestions that have encouraged me to look at the Status Quo and see beyond to the possibilities.
Her gentle probing is more often than not completely on point and that has enabled me to work through the self-imposed blockages and restrictions that have hampered not only my thought processes but how I have limited myself in what I can and should do. The thought exercises she gives are provocative and for me encouraged some fairly deep thinking and self-reflection.
The results have been surprising (in the best possible way) and I am seeing long term positive benefits from engaging with Jodie.”
Bradley Ryan-Agnew, CFO. Ericom
“I have different roles at home, work and in my community, and with this comes competing opportunities for how I live the hours of each day. I’ve learnt from Jodie that I can find greater joy when my daily actions are aligned with my personal values.
The time we spent clarifying my values and identifying ways I can live them in daily life was such an empowering exercise. Valuing my ‘intuition’ highly means I can tune in to it regularly, and use it to guide my decisions and actions, allowing me prioritise my other core values of mindfulness, health, family, simplicity, creativity, kindness, making a difference, community and learning.”

“After trying to complete self discovery on my own to find that ‘thing’ I had been searching for (but didn’t realise at the time what that was), I decided that I would seek some guidance by a professional that could assist me achieving my goal.
I came across Jodie’s website and for some reason I felt a connection and kept going back and reading her website a number times. I finally made the call and Jodie spent 30 mins with me on the phone which was to just to make an appointment! That speaks for itself.
Jodie is an inspirational and motivational coach who challenges you to realise your full potential in all areas of your life. Jodie challenged me to specific activities to assist with changing my mindset and new ways of dealing with things which has provided me with feelings that I have not felt for sometime. Jodie has helped me enormously to have the courage and self confidence to try and achieve my personal goals and career goals, and she has supported me and inspired self-belief to help me actually achieve those.
While being a calm and inspiring person, Jodie has a listening soul and ability to understand and help define the big picture of my goals and help me understand personal issues that I never even thought of, she is also able to break down the steps needed to achieve these goals and give practical and insightful advice on how to take that first step towards your goal, whether it be finishing study, assisting in my career direction, realising personal goals and achievements, resolving family and relationship conflict and taking charge of my life.
Coaching, encouraging and listening are second nature to Jodie and I am truly grateful to say I have a wonderful mentor/coach in Jodie!
Jodie will certainly inspire you on your life journey and I can say she certainly has for me.”
Fiona Kurtz, Contact Centre Manager. IRT

“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing both life coaching and speaking training sessions with Jodie Cooper, and it was a truly transformative journey. Jodie’s exceptional insights and positive approach during the life coaching sessions helped me overcome challenges and gain clarity on my goals. In the dynamic speaking training sessions, her expertise and tailored feedback significantly boosted my confidence and communication skills. Jodie’s passion for empowering others is evident in every aspect of her coaching and training. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication create a supportive environment for personal and professional growth. I highly recommend Jodie Cooper for anyone seeking both transformative life coaching and impactful speaking training. Grateful for the positive impact on my personal and professional development! “
Tea Rundback, Invisible Disabilities Advocate
“In hindsight, I wish we had met years earlier. The changes I have adopted from my time with Jodie have been fundamental and profound. It was like someone had pulled back the curtain to help me see a bigger picture, a picture with more clarity, a wider angle, resulting in a better way to communicate and enjoy my life. I am very appreciative for the experience I have gained. Through the various methods and tools Jodie employs, we tackled some often complex and difficult issues both close at heart and those purely business in nature.
I would describe Jodie’s service delivery as professional, courteous, well structured and highly defined. Jodie has the ability to qualify and define causation of issues; no matter how complicated they seemed to me. Once defined, resolution was arbitrary. If you believe there is room for improvement in any area of your life, make a start, make the change in direction and let yourself, your family and your business benefit from the overwhelming improvement. The only ingredient we must bring to the table is commitment to change. “If you continue to do what you’ve always done, you will continue to get what you’ve always got.” Christopher Howard. Don’t wait another week to make the changes necessary for a better quality of life. Life is short; make it the best it can be.”
David Reed, Entrepreneur and Investor

“Coaching from Jodie Cooper was exactly what I needed to identify my self imposed limitations and develop strategies to overcome them so that I could move forward, with a positive frame of mind, to achieve my goals. Whilst personally confronting at times, coaching allowed me to step out of my comfort zone with the full support and encouragement from my coach. I would not hesitate to seek more coaching in the future to achieve further goals. I highly recommend Jodie Cooper as a professional and valuable coaching service.”
Nicole Hickman, Occupational Therapist
“I have worked with Jodie for a number for years now. She is a true professional and an outstanding Coach.
Jodie is always able to assist in coming up with simple solutions to what often seem complex issues. Jodie’s positive and happy outlook is infectious and I would highly recommend Jodie to others who may want assistance in improving the quality of their life.”
Carolyn Dews. Community Relations Manager. Warrigal Care
For the last twenty nine years, I am now aware that I have been psychologically ‘beating my self up’ due to many awful decisions I had made in my personal and business life. This was the worst possible impediment one needs when wanting to support a family, look after employees and the interests of shareholders. On one hand my self-belief, intuition, training and skills would propel me into endeavours that were impossible at worst or extremely difficult at best. I came to believe that only I could find the worst possible way to attempt a project or undertake a new venture.
I realised very recently that I needed some help to overcome some problems about the way I approached things that I could not define let alone understand, and that I needed help. Those readers of this testimonial who know me would certainly say, “Yes, you needed help!” I contacted Jodie Cooper and she was gracious enough, after I had completed her Introductory Questionnaire, to spend an hour with me in a FREE interview. Jodie was sufficiently astute to quickly recognise my problem – she provided me with the key to unlock the shackles that I alone had placed around my entire approach to life. In days my personal and business life has turned around with tangible results to demonstrate that change. I am now able to say I made one smart decision in my life. Dear readers, the only way you will learn Jodie’s secret solution to problems that I admit I had, and that you might have, is to contact Jodie and invest in one of her coaching programs.

Not only is my life more positive, my mind feels as though it’s been opened to endless possibilities and my hands have been placed on the steering wheel of my life……… and I have gained an awesome friend too.”
Linda Brown, Wollongong
“After working with Jodie I’m feeling much more motivated and organised and my path forward is now crystal clear. I’m excited about my goals again! My relationship has improved dramatically and I just have a better perspective and mindset in all areas of my life.
Jodie has a great way of explaining things and a simple conversation would unfold in a week’s time, often with profound changes. I’m so happy I decided to come and see you, it’s been the best investment ever!”
Sarah. Real Estate Professional
“Thank you for being an amazing mentor to me Jodie!
Your coaching always sees me walking away with restored clarity and being happy with what I already give, and who I am. I have made some great achievements and I should be proud. Yes, there is always room for self-improvement and reflection, but your approach is always positive and you never make me feel like I have failed. I’m truly grateful to you.”
Stacy Corbeski, Brand & Marketing Strategy. Aster Group

“I’m so pleased that I decided to work with Jodie. Initially I was focused on building my professional capacity but Jodie’s mentoring has positively influenced so many aspects of my life. The skills and knowledge that I’ve developed have allowed me to successfully achieve my professional goals, though importantly build a strong foundation to be a more resilient and nurturing parent, friend and person. I can’t thank Jodie enough for her awesome inspiration and support.”
Andrew Williams, Senior Coasts and Estuaries Officer. NSW Office of Environment and Heritage
“I met Jodie at the suggestion of my employer, I’d lost motivation, was miserable to be around both at work and at home, and deep down I knew I wasn’t being the best “me” I could be.
The first session I had with Jodie was primarily me just sitting back and listening. There were lots of questions, time for reflection, and uncomfortable silence on occasion, but I was cautious and in hindsight I didn’t make it easy for Jodie. That evening I had time to think about what we talked about and it dawned on me that only I could make the changes I needed to make, and only if I wanted to change.
After that first session I did the homework, listened more intently, researched a little, and participated as best I could. Jodie was very insightful, and I learned a lot, mostly about myself. I learned to be in the moment, to value what’s important to me and use that as motivation to turn things around.
6 months later and I’m not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but I think I’m very close to being “me” again, even the family has noticed a big difference. I’m looking forward to the future and I’m indebted to Jodie for helping (challenging) me to find this path forward.”
Andrew Severn, Projects Manager. Peoplecare
“I have been with Jodie’s work now for over 18 months. I have been diagnosed as suffering from ADHD for 10 years. Now the strand of ADHD that affects me is short term memory, lack of organisational skills, lack of future planning as well as anxiety coupled with depression. Everybody will no doubt have suffered from at least one of these problems if not more.
With a ADHD sufferer they experience it more intensely, more frequently and for longer. Jodie has been a major factor in bringing me out of the woods and 18 months down the track I have referred back to our work and I can honestly say that I have immediately achieved my smaller goals and now, even next week achieving my biggest goal which is travelling overseas on my own, as 18 months ago I saw it as an impossible and terrifying feat. If you’re not a sufferer of ADHD imagine what she could possibly do with/ for you.
Jodie’s work environment is very relaxed and we’ve had some good belly laughs as well. Thank you Jodie. I’m truly glad life sent me your way!”
Daryl Hockey, Heavy machinery operator
“After one meeting with Jodie I felt empowered to achieve the outcome I had in mind, when previously I wasn’t sure I had the reach. Jodie’s seemingly effortless style drew out the best in me, integrated communication skills that have enriched my life and that I now carry into the future …one meeting! I unreservedly recommend Jodie as a Wellbeing Coach and Educator.”
