Meet Jodie Cooper
Positive Psychology Coach & Wellbeing Trainer
Hey there,
If you’re ready to feel more confident, focused, and better equipped for everyday life, these wellbeing workshops are for you.
Over the past 20 years I’ve helped people just like you to rediscover their strengths, rebuild resilience, and create healthier habits that actually last. I know firsthand how easy it is to get caught in the cycle of overthinking, overwhelm, and exhaustion — and how powerful it can be to pause, reset and reconnect with what really matters.
That’s exactly why I’ve designed these positive psychology events: to give you practical, science-backed tools in three key areas — building confidence, working with wellbeing, and developing healthy habits.
Together, we’ll explore how to quieten your inner critic, find calm in the chaos, and create small, steady changes that make a big difference over time.
At the heart of all my work is a simple truth: when you protect and prioritise your wellbeing, everything else improves. Work feels more manageable, home feels lighter, and you start to thrive again — with clarity, balance, and a sense of possibility.
These workshops are your next step in the right direction.
✨ It’s your time. ✨
“By prioritising Wellbeing, you fuel your Success.”

“Before I started working with Jodie I felt a little lost, I didn’t have any real purpose and generally lacked motivation. Jodie helped me to see things differently and now I’m coping with stress much better and am learning to be kind to myself when things don’t go to plan. After three months, I’m now feeling motivated, optimistic and on the right track again. It’s definitely been a great investment.”
Tamara, Busy Executive

Carol Berry, General Manager. Warilla Women’s Centre
For the last twenty nine years, I am now aware that I have been psychologically ‘beating my self up’ due to many awful decisions I had made in my personal and business life. This was the worst possible impediment one needs when wanting to support a family, look after employees and the interests of shareholders. On one hand my self-belief, intuition, training and skills would propel me into endeavours that were impossible at worst or extremely difficult at best. I came to believe that only I could find the worst possible way to attempt a project or undertake a new venture.
I realised very recently that I needed some help to overcome some problems about the way I approached things that I could not define let alone understand, and that I needed help. Those readers of this testimonial who know me would certainly say, “Yes, you needed help!” I contacted Jodie Cooper and she was gracious enough, after I had completed her Introductory Questionnaire, to spend an hour with me in a FREE interview. Jodie was sufficiently astute to quickly recognise my problem – she provided me with the key to unlock the shackles that I alone had placed around my entire approach to life. In days my personal and business life has turned around with tangible results to demonstrate that change. I am now able to say I made one smart decision in my life. Dear readers, the only way you will learn Jodie’s secret solution to problems that I admit I had, and that you might have, is to contact Jodie and invest in one of her coaching programs.
Bruce, Professional Trader
“Jodie’s presentation was fun and a really good way of practically showing the power of laughter at work and with your teams and service users. I thought it was going to be a little “fluffy” to start with, but her activities were fun and actually demonstrated the point of being able to transfer this sort of thing into the workplace. The key take home message for me was how we share good news and congratulate our employees when they are doing great work or feeling undervalued.”
The Disability Trust
Thank you Jodie for presenting at the recent Breakfast Collaboration.
Jodie’s talk gave a whole new spin on Networking and its importance to one’s business. Her enthusiasm filled the room with excitement and some of her tips and methods to loosen up before entering a room full of strangers gave us all a bit of entertainment. She was certainly able to bring the room alive and it was great to see that everyone enjoyed the interactions, leaving them feeling a lot more confident in their abilities to network in the future.
I would certainly recommend Jodie as a guest speaker to anyone that was looking to liven up their presentations or events and instill some positive vibes into their work environment.
Julie Novotny, Owner/Director. Local Business Connections Bega
“Jodie spoke and presented a session for Illawarra Assistants Network (IAN) and she was amazing! She really helped everyone in the room to think better, work better, live better and be positive. I’d highly recommend her.”
Danica Vujic, Executive Assistant. Peoplecare
“From a business perspective, I believe that if you’re not seeing a professional like Jodie, it’s not possible for you to be firing on all cylinders. After 10 years in the industry and 5 years in charge I was overwhelmed with the ongoing responsibilities that needed to be met on a daily basis. Having 16 staff members, controlling three different divisions was a consistent challenge of which my life was in total disarray. I had no balance in my life and it felt as though I was constantly chasing my tail.
Within two sessions, Jodie had me worked out. It was such a relief. I was delegating left, right and center and was able to focus predominantly on the areas of my business that needed me most. I have a 5 year plan and the company has grown by 20%. The ability to see the goals we put in place being met is incredible. Business is exciting as is the wonderful environment I have been able to create at work. More importantly, I am very happy from every perspective and this I give thanks to Jodie for ‘sorting me out’.”
Adam Martin, Manager & Owner. MMJ South
“My sessions with Jodie are always amazing. They are specifically targeted to my needs and Jodie is extremely flexible. Jodie has a positive encouraging and reassuring nature, and her delivery of the original coaching sessions and now regular sessions certainly makes me feel comfortable and supported. Jodie has given me the confidence to now move forward with my goals and challenges. I highly recommended Jodie and I will certainly be staying connected.”
Ms R, Specialist Support Coordinator
Jodie has a down to earth coaching style and truly meets people where they are at. She has a knack for supporting people to open up and explore new ways of thinking (and acting) by creating a playful and safe environment. Jodie is a great listener and is able to link what she is hearing to her extensive knowledge in brain based neuroscience and positive psychology, in addition to her lived experience within the workforce. If you are ready to create positive change for yourself with someone who truly knows their stuff, I would highly recommend Jodie Cooper.
Alli Williamson, Lead Facilitator & Teacher
“Jodie helped me organise my dreams, wishes and ideas into realistic and achievable goals. Her straight advice backed with plenty of real world experience gave me a ‘head start’ on my path to the goals I set. She packed so much information into all the life coaching sessions! Jodie’s’ coaching isn’t an expense- it’s an investment into your future. If you ever feel stuck, lost, clueless or wondering what to do next, Jodie Cooper is the person to turn to.”

“The workshops were immensely informative and Jodie’s presentation style is always entertaining. The team were engaged and enthusiastic during both workshops and when we returned back to the workplace we found everybody had a new enthusiasm and confident attitude towards not only their work life but also their home life.
Jodie taught us invaluable skills regarding positive psychology which we will carry with us and draw upon our knowledge for many years to come.
Thanks again Jodie from the team at Leisure Coast Packaging & Hospitality Supplies.”

Doreen Brown, SEO Specialist. Doreen Brown Consulting
“Attending Jodie’s public speaking course opened up unexpected opportunities. I not only learnt techniques for public speaking, I was able to transfer skills into 1:1 conversations. Jodie made a very daunting course, comfortable and safe environment. Thanks Jodie!”
Sarah Lisle. Speaking with Confidence Participant
“After 10 years owning and running a business it was time to freshen things up. My first and best move was to engage Jodie as a business and life coach. Over an initial 8 week period, Jodie provided down-to-earth psychological and emotional education and practical techniques to bring about change. I made a commitment to my myself to try these immediately at work and at home. Our company now has clearer goals, my team and I are achieving better business results, and we are happier doing it.
I also highly recommend Jodie’s Public Speaking course. In just one day our team went from zero to each presenting an engaging 5 minute talk. In my case, Jodie’s life coaching and public speaking training have given me the time and confidence to start performing stand up comedy, an ambition I had harbored since my teens.”
Dean Jackson, Owner and General Manager. Planet Footprint
“Jodie is a fantastic presenter – engaging and knowledgeable. I learnt so much from her public speaking workshop and I’m excited to apply it in my day to day. If you are thinking of working with Jodie – do it!”
