I have complied this wellbeing book list to help improve your understanding of wellbeing. The more we understand something the easier it is to promote and enable positive and proactive personal choices. As wellbeing becomes a more consistent focus in our community, you may be interested in some of these reference books. You may have read some of these, but I thought it would be a great starting point to open a conversation about wellbeing literacy and perhaps add to your collection.
